See New York, Feel New York, Walk New York!

There is so much to do in New York City that the best way to explore the different neighborhoods is with walking tours. Know where to go and when to go to maximize the local experience.

Explore Chelsea, The Highline, Chelsea Market, The Meat Packing District, and The Village.

Chelsea is an amazing neighborhood located between 14th Street up to 30th Street and from the Hudson River to 6th Avenue. West Chelsea is popular with The Art Gallery District as well as The High Line Elevated Park. An excellent walking tour begins at 34th Street between 11th and 12th Avenue. Enter the Highline here. There are multiple places to enter and exit The Highline and one suggestion is to walk along and get off at 23rd street and explore some art galleries. The best gallery street is on 24th between 10th and 11th Avenue. After enjoying the galleries re-enter the Highline and proceed south. Exit 16th Street and explore Chelsea Market. This is a perfect place to enjoy a variety of amazing food choices, drinks, and coffee. Once finished exploring Chelsea Market exit onto Tenth Avenue walking right into the Meat Packing District. There's lots to enjoy here. Once finished exploring The Meat Packing District continue walking downtown into The Village. Get lost on the cobble stone streets that bend and turn in all directions. Every turn will take you somewhere beautiful and amazing. Ask anyone how to get to Magnolia's Bakery. It's located at the cross street of West 11th st and Bleecker Street. After getting a cupcake proceed down 11th street in the direction of Washington Square which is the center of New York University. Once reaching Washington Square proceed up University Avenue and end the walking tour at Union Square. Make sure to spend lots of time here. Union Square is the Time Square for locals. So much is always going on here. There is a huge Farmers Market on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Make sure to walk the entire path around the square, Its great for people watching.
